I havent recieved my password reset email. Everytime I reset me broad band connection (whenever the mobile device thingy goes flat) I am prompted to reset my password and an email appears in my email account with a link to reset my password. this email usually shows up in a few seconds. but this time it hasnt appeared (going on 24 hrs) I have manualy requested the email and logged a request for help in the customer service report.... may take a few months for a reply. I want to know if anyone else is havin this problem (no password reset email)?
