It should last until the next Cure III is used. Either that, or scrap the whole trait having ANYTHING to do with Cure III and rework it so you get MP back based off a % of HP healed for X seconds.

For example (and this isn't balanced or anything, purely a rough example with numbers)
Overcure
Restores 10% of HP healed as MP to the caster while active. Duration 10s
