Either longer duration or make it instant cast and free like BLM procs. I want to say that might be "OP" but if you use Cure III when it's unneeded (not that you'd get the procs often anyways), you draw a lot of enmity, so there's a clear trade-off there.



It should last until the next Cure III is used. Either that, or scrap the whole trait having ANYTHING to do with Cure III and rework it so you get MP back based off a % of HP healed for X seconds.
For example (and this isn't balanced or anything, purely a rough example with numbers)
Overcure
Restores 10% of HP healed as MP to the caster while active. Duration 10s
