BUG!!!

Hi everyone!
The problem is following.
Character: Moka Paw
Server: Ragnarok
As a summoner, i'm lvl 38, and i completed job quest (30lvl) Austerities of Flame, But next job quest (35lvl) Austerities of Earth is unavailable. What can be done?
I asked in-game service about this matter. That was the answer:

After checking your character in-game, we confirmed that you indeed completed the level 30 quest and that you are currently level 38 as Summoner.

Therefore, it looks like the issue comes from somewhere else; in other words, it may be a bug. Unfortunately, GM are unable to address your issue through an in-game GM contact. Going to presume that's the quest which gives Titan-Egi; you'll need have defeated Titan (Story) before being able to do the quest. IIRC.
