    Moogle Mail Bug Deletes Items Before Attaining Them

    Nevermind, problem was user x.x.

    Hello, I just ran into a mail system bug. When opening my pre-order/digital edition/subscription reward items letters I lost a few due to quick clicks.

    Steps to replicate:
    1. Open a letter with items, click "Take all"
    2. Open a second letter and click "Take all" before the first one finishes (before you hear the sound effect of items going into your inventory)
    3. Error appears in chat log "Unable to process mail command" and all mail commands become grayed out. At this point wait a couple seconds.
    4. The second letter automatically closes and the next one in line opens with no sound effect.
    5. The items from the second letter never enter your inventory and the letter is deleted as if they had been grabbed.

    I lost three items to the bug ("Fantasia" "Beady Eye" "Voidal Resonator") on the character "Aos Si" of the world "Gilgamesh", at about 10:15 pm EST at the Ul'dah moogle by the adventurer's guild, before realizing what happened. I have opened an in-game ticket already.

    Did you check your "Opened" tab? It's in there I think.

    Yeaaaaaaah. I looked everywhere but there. I now get to feel silly. Though in my defense all of my other opened mail from people in-game that have items left in them stay in the "new" tab x.x.
