Heavy Packet Loss in Tonberry Server

Well, it's been over a week now, I contacted my ISP and what not, and the guy that went to my house to check what was going on didn't seem to know what to do ._. He said he'd call in a day, but the call never came. I've pretty much given up on them at this point and trying to figure out what exactly I can do.

I've traced it again to show where most of my problems are coming from.

The packet loss usually happens at line 9 and 10, and sometimes the last 4 lines (including the server itself and line 7) seems to be having packets losses for me too. I really don't know what to do anymore, I can't exactly download a program like WTFast or something because I play at the PS3, but at this rate, the game is just simply unplayable.
