    Subscription error / updating account details error

    Help pls!
    I keep trying to activate a 30 days subscription using my valid CC but i keep getting 406 errors (or somthing like that).
    I've researched a bit and it seems this error is from CC problems.
    I think it's maybe because I need to update my country, because I moved and now I have a CC that's issued in another country that I originally put in my account details when I made my account.
    So now when I try to update my info I keep getting a birthday date error, although I keep putting in the correct one.
    Isn't there a method that I can reset my account info using my secret question / email ?

    Anyone? Help?
    Or can someone supply me with a site from where I can buy a game-card in digital form? Cause on most sites (including the official Square Enix shop) they only have them in phisical form and need to wait a ton to get my hands on one

    I finally managed to make it work!
    I chose to pay with Crysta, then chose how many Crysta, then Ultimate Pay on the next tab, then I entered my CC info and problem solved.
