Any idea on how we will be getting these? Will they be a random drop in Coil 6-9 or one of the new dungeons. Other mmos I have played tend to put high level craft scrolls in the hardest dungeons.

This could their way of throttling new crafted gear into the economy?

I never considered it gear or an item. I just assumed it's just a big list of items you can/have made instead of split up by level that you can hopefully search. Maybe similar to the Fishing Log.

prolly something simple like talking to your guild master after completing your lvl 50 crafter quest and receiving it.

I'm going to take a less optimistic route here and hope the master recipe book is just a separate book for all the star recipes, rather than anything particularly new, because dear god am I tired of going through all the trash recipes to get to the ones that matter.

No way they would do that, that's just crazy grindy and to do it for all 8 crafts would take ages.

They did it to obtain the Master Ring of Blank - Whether its DoH DoL DoM DoW. It is the most obvious path to take to obtain.
