    It's very simple. Because this soundtrack was not licensed for sale in Australia. I'll spare you the long and boring explanation on how international copyright licensing works, but the short version is that no distributor in Australia has yet forked over the licensing fee to SE Japan for the right to distribute the soundtrack within Australia. That is why you will only be able to get it from a third party until an Australian distributor does.

    I've been helping my australian friends acquire the CD. A lot of them have encountered this problem and I offered to help an FC mate by having them send it to me in Canada and then I mail it over to them in Australia from here. XP
