I bought my copy of the Before Meteor soundtrack from Yes Asia. It shows the cost in AUD, but the payment will be in uSD (so may get a foreign currecncy fee on credit card). But on the plus side, you can get free shipping options and i was able to google Yes Asia Coupons to get a few more dollars off.

It's very simple. Because this soundtrack was not licensed for sale in Australia. I'll spare you the long and boring explanation on how international copyright licensing works, but the short version is that no distributor in Australia has yet forked over the licensing fee to SE Japan for the right to distribute the soundtrack within Australia. That is why you will only be able to get it from a third party until an Australian distributor does.
