[DEV] Will SE do another overall survey of the whole player base?

Here is my question: A poll at log in would mean each active player gets to submit their answers; an in game poll would mean that each active CHARACTER would get to submit their answers. Which is the better idea?

Log-in IMO because you would get trolls that create 8 characters and log in just to get their way.

lol. I pay extra to get a heck of a lot more than 8 characters. XD I agree that it should be 1 person, 1 'vote', but I like the idea of an in-game poll station. Really though, how much of an effect would a handful of character responses from one person have?

eta: And if the poll station is in MD, it's not like someone could just make a new character and immediately waltz up there to give their answers (not easily anyways).

if it would be in the actual game world, there needs to be an announcement that it is there. Only people that check the forums would know otherwise.
