    Account Login Restriction problems

I'm having some problems with login restriction, because i'm sharing my account with my brothers, with 3 game services accounts, and 3 FFXIV:ARR. i would like to know if there's a chance to prevent this e-mail resets, and the following BAN from SE, and also if i can speek with SE worker or GM in private (i've been braking my fingers in Square Enix Support Center, and couldn't find a solution for the problem).
    Thanks for the help =D

Account sharing is against the ToS, I hardly think SE are going to help you with it.

But it's not exactly sharing, everyone's paying his own service account and his own game, only from mine's, and if it's a violation of the ToS, why can i vinculate many service accounts to mine?
And why SE says that we can play simultaneously with one account??
I'm sorry but i can't understand it, it makes no sense to me....
    Anyway, thanks for your answer.

Why did you three not set up separate SE accounts? Given each Service Account has a separate subscription I've always thought the SE Account was pointless but SE decided that's how it shall be .. they even forced FFXI users to link their games into it too, just like FFXIV Service Accounts those for FFIX are charged for individually.

That said, if you all share a common Square Enix account login that's 'sharing' in SE's world.

The fact that each Service Account can be played concurrently is a result of each being paid for separately but in SE's eyes they're all owned by one person, the account holder to whom the SE account is registered. Not much logic to it but that's SE for you.

You in fact are in breach of the TOS by sharing the login details with others, as far as SE in concerned.

Since SE are so paranoid about RMT I think it extremely unlikely they will let you separate the game accounts but as I see it that's the only way out.
