    Blacksmith lvl 50 quest"waiting in the winglet"

    So I just got blacksmith to level 50 today just to be disappointed that I can't talk to the client because he is in a unreachable place.

    Welp, if you turn around from your current screenshot location and follow the path. There's a ramp that leads down to the lower level where you see the npc.
