Please Release a Difficult 24-Man

Having a FC will still never make up for AFKs, people not showing up, idiot players, idiot leaders ect.
The more people in a FC the more idiots = the harder it is to make a stable group.
Have you ever tried running your own 24man group in an other MMO? It's a pain in the ASS
I will take my 8-man content any day of the week kthx.

I have for over 10yrs.

And you know what. FFXIV is the hardest mmo I ever had to organize in my life. It take me 4-5hrs a week to try to get my schedule together where I have exactly the right jobs in the 8 man partys, make sure those people have the same playtimes, and make sure there is enough people with experiance to win. And the crap part is even with all my work... I still have people sitting out every week being forced to party finder it.

For a guild low man IS BAD!!!! For pugs low man is good. It does not matter what your opinion is. but it is easier when running a real guild (not to be mistaken with a static. FCs with 10-12 ppl are not guilds they are statics) when you are able to incorporate the whole guild.
