this isn't a very serious thread but I just had by far the best customer service I think SE support staff has ever given and I thought id post my experience.

I was having trouble getting my software token on my account due to forgetting my Secret Q&A (at this point I was dreading having to go through email support to fix things and probably never get an answer) I knew SE support was very lacking and expected to be dealing with this issue for the whole day.

to my surprise I called the SE phone support line and got through instantly (310-846-0345 for those that don't know it - *this is the NA line btw) i expected to be waiting on hold and end up hanging up pissed off, but not only was my call answered fast but the specialist was very well spoken and quick acting he got my info and got me my Q&A fast no hiccups no wait.

I know my issue isn't as bad a many others but still I appreciate good customer service!
SE more of your support specialists should take notes from joel on how to respond to customers!
