Of course with all that said we're not playing a "dress-up" game, but at the moment, compared to PSO2 and other online games the character creation and appearance customization (pre-mirage prism) is lacking. We can't even select body types, like fat/slim etc, we can't make young kiddish looking characters, and for old looking ones we only have faces with not matching bodies to go with. And ALL the animations except emotes and sitting poses, are shared through all genders and races as far as I know.
