What we're all about...

If you're offended by our name, you need not apply. Go ahead and click the "Back" button right now, because this linkshell is not for the faint of heart.

As our name suggests, we will not allow people to join if s/he is going to cause nothing but problems and strife within our group. We also will not allow those on the other side of the coin; wanting to role-play, being counter-productive to our goals, and giving our linkshell a bad name.

We will exist for the sole purpose of getting things done. End of story.


Where do I get off saying these things when I haven't capped a single job yet?

First off, don't get me wrong. I'm not here to be a jerk. To answer the question, it's simple. Personal experience. Too often have I come across a group that allows all sorts of foolishness to happen and wasting away the precious time I had to be productive in playing this game. Too often have I come across well-functioning linkshells, both here and FFXI, that often disband soon after I join due to personality conflicts amongst other members. Not here. There will be no room for that. You leave your problems outside of this group. If you have nothing good to say, we'd prefer you say nothing.

I understand that at my level, I have no reputation right now, that you won't have enough of an incentive to join. But if you're still reading this recruitment ad, neither do you. We can and will fix that through grinding through this game together.


So what type of players are we looking for?

If it wasn't obvious, we're basically looking for three things: Dedication, Maturity, and Respect.

I'm not saying we're looking for completely dedicated players, or completely mature ones, because that search will be fruitless. I am aware as all of you are that this is still just a game.

But the one thing we will always be focused on is respect. Respect for your fellow players. Respect for yourself. You will be asked to refrain from being incompetent.


And what am I going to do if you don't follow these simple rules?

This one's really obvious:

Failure to present characteristics of these traits will result in a quick and painless BAN. However, do not fret! You will have a complete explanation as to why you have been given the boot. Appeals will be granted on a case by case basis.


Appeals? How will that work?

This is not a fascist regime. Although I am the leader of this linkshell, I will not abuse that power. Thus, another player has been promoted and will have the same powers as myself.

Side-note: DO NOT ASK TO BE PROMOTED. Promotions will be dealt if/when absolutely necessary.

You're now a member. Now what?

Both myself and Mister God are located in the Eastern Timezone (USA) (-5 GMT). This will not be an issue when our group expands, however it will have an impact as of right now, due to lack of support if, for example, you're located halfway around the world.

Final words.

I'm not going to lie. This linkshell is still in its infancy, meaning there is a very good chance this LS won't work out for whatever reason. But I'm in this game for the long haul; so as long as SE's FFXIV servers are up and running, NoBS will live on.

I am interested in joining. Though I can't stay on during the day when the servers become populated. I'm one of many affected by the error 30002 problem. Until SE fixes it, I'm gonna be a night owl on FFXIV.

I'm interested in joining just came back to the game after some RL friends want to play rift but they quit that after they go to 50 so im moving back to ffxiv. im usually on around 5-6pm pst sometimes sooner just depends when i get off work
