Suggestion: Change loot to a token system

We've all been there. You spend an hour wiping on a certain boss only to finally down it. Now the best part comes! Seeing what the boss has dropped. Will it be something you can use?

But then your hopes are dashed when it's another Dragoon item, the same one that dropped last week. You have just wasted an hour of your life and deep inside you are a little bitter at the game.

How can we make this better? By implementing a token system. End game raid bosses no longer drop loot but tokens that can be exchanged for said loot. As it stands right now, you have a 12.5% (1/8) chance of the possibility that the exact piece you were hoping for drops. With this new system you have a 33% chance of getting that wonderful gear you're working towards.

Each boss should drop either a Tank, Heal, or DPS token that can be redeemed for the appropriate piece of gear. This will make the game more fun, and less frustrating.

They tried it in 1.2 forward with primal weapons.
