Sounds like a good idea, though most likely everyone will start lamenting how they always get to tank if they have tank unlocked. :P

How should the feature change your class/job if you don't have all your weapon types with you? (easy to manipulate)
What is if you have all the weapon types, but some of the weapons are lv 35 for one of your lv 50 class and the roulette send you to Aurun Vale with it because you have no higher level weapon for this class? (easy to upset the other players)
What is if you have the right weapon with the right level, but no gear for the class with you except saisonal event gears? (easy to upset the other players)
Why don't suggest anyone gear roulette? ^^
This would be the last point in the complain list

I thought the same. If you have the weapons for a gear saved in the retainer, so you can't equip that gear, ergo, don't use that class... You'll avoid using the classes you don't want to randomely. People would use it probably for avoid tank... In my case for avoid healing. How should the feature change your class/job if you don't have all your weapon types with you? (easy to manipulate)

A noobs Reborn
Real Life > FFXIV

Would be a good idea. I can just see it now though...
Class: Healer
Dungeon: Pharos Sirius
... over and over and over. I always get it when I queue as a healer anyways. Which I don't mind. Just people always rage quit.
But yeah, it'd be a fun idea!
