Nah, your luck has been used up in this game.
Never been kicked. Had a couple of runs where people have been kicked, though out of the many I've done it really is tiny (always DF).

Never been kicked, but I did have all 3 people drop when I mentioned it was my first time doing Pharos Sirius, like a week or two after it was released. That was nice. Never mentioned my first time for anything again.

Never been kicked but I've been in a lot of parties that kicked for illegitimate reasons. Too many selfish brats in my cluster.
I'm not sure if I have ever been kicked or not... I know I have 90k'd But even if I was kicked, I would just move to the next dungeon no use on crying over spilled milk...

i haven't been kicked, but i have had a few parties i was in and was lagging really badly so after i'd cause a wipe or 2 i'd drop and apologize. i'm not going to be the cause of a party to fail. if i feel i'm holding a party back for whatever reason i'll step out myself without anyone having to say a word to me.
to answer the op it's rare that i've ever voted to kick anyone. of the handful of times it was normally an afk player or someone just being rude to the other party members.

Never got kicked either. My first win at Titan Ex, my party did think about it when they realized it was my first win (the achievement notice kind of helps) because it was supposed to be a "farming party" ( and we did farm him a bit in the end, winning 5 times in 45 minutes ), but when I told them "you never actually REQUIRED in PF that I had won previously so you can't say I lied about anything" and explained to them that I did had experience in the fight, they aknowledged I was far from a nuisance and let me stay (I suppose being one of the tanks and having my co-tank saying "you're doing even better than me" helps, too.).
Otherwise, I'm generally considered a good tank (which I'm playing over 95% of the time even if all combat classes are at 50) and while I did sometimes bump into bad apples who would insult others, myself included, at the drop of a hat, I usually get by fine.

that's usually my experience as well. as long as someone is putting in an effort and learning from their mistakes and improving i will never say a word nor vote to kick them.Never got kicked either. i've had better luck with people that come into content and say "i'm new what do i need to know" over these "farm parties experienced ivlv6745644 required". the ones that come in and ask questions are usually the last to die because they took the time to at least get the basics of what to do down. i also have much more respect for them because even if they did wipe on something they told me up front they were new so i knew what to expect. if they did fine then considered that an added bonus.

Never been kicked, so I wonder about all the ppl who complains about being kicked abused.

I've never been kicked either. I don't really see why people are being kicked.
It's not like I just play a role you don't wanna kick either. Usually I play as bard (and we all know that all trouble in the world is caused by bards!). But I've also played as tank and healer in my pug groups, and even on those roles I don't play as well, I still don't get kicked.
Maybe it's just like, if I'm playing bad, I realize it and own up to it? Then I make an effort to try harder. Not sure why stuff like this should be difficult to figure out.
I've seen people get kicked in parties I've been in. I never initiate them though, and I rarely vote in them, unless they are trolling and that is the reason someone wanted to kick them.
Oh wait, I remember one instance I initiated a kick on someone. It was in CT and they weren't wearing any gear. Naked people are one thing I'll kick over.... If you are gonna troll, at least don't be obvious! :P

I could have said that I've never been kicked five minutes ago... but I just got vote kicked for saying that the tank needed to watch what he was doing because I hit the boss once, having given him ample time to build aggro, and got my face eaten off, followed by the rest of the party, and then the rest of the alliance. He proceeded to lecture me, in detail, on how great he was, how stupid I was, and how my ancestry must have been idiots all the way back to the dawn of time, and then poof, booted. Some people just can't take criticism at all. I was somewhat amused at his creativity with insults, and about to tell him how inventive and entertaining he was, and shrug it off as all in good fun, but then I got hit with the black loading screen. Oh well, we asked for a vote kick system, I s'pose we have to deal with those who would abuse it. Still better than people AFKing through runs with nothing we could do about it, or those who were being legitimately offensive and malicious toward others with no way to get rid of them. I guess a good way to never get booted is to not suck at your job, and never speak, but hey, if people don't want to hear me talk, then I'd rather not play with them in the first place.
