    Hardcore gets 0% reward (after these are hardcore players playing for the fun of it)
    Since duty roulette is already abused, there's nothing to stop players from hitting casual for 100% bonus and then still pressuring and harassing players who would impede their efficient progress.

    I want to suggest a realistic solution so I think the roulette bonus should be kept at 100% despite the casual / hardcore selection. By deciding the duty roulette bonus was introduced to help the elite players progress even quicker, they have made it so. There's no way I can see to enforce otherwise despite the developers intentions. Only the casual players can do that by reclaiming their entitlement to use the duty finder for first time runs and slower runs, but I think that aint gonna happen :/

    I'm not pretending to be blind that RMT, I just know that it doesn't change anything even if I report it. I will still get spam like crazy regardless of how many times I report. It's up to S.E to come up with a better system to combat RMT.

    Maybe it's the same deal with "bad players". The game needs a better way to teach them how to play rather than give them handouts I.E Fates.

    First of your definition doesn't even define elite. LOL.

    In any case, these elitist think that are so special that can treat everyone else with contempt and that they do NOT be to patient with anyone. And they think the duty finder is theirs to use and abuse and everyone else is just scrubs slowing them down. That is why they force others to speed run, skip cut scenes, rage quit, abuse vote kick, and then leave after the 2nd boss and other jerk behavior.

    And then they do this:

    Bascily PF has become the new DF due to free loots for all and that anyone who has played for even a short time has the ilvl to sneak into your group when your looking for experienced players.

    The elitist themselves are the bad players, because they treat other players badly.

    The typical behavior is an overgeared speed run who speed runs without communications or negotiations with rest of the Duty Finder party.

    This what elitists are:

    "synonyms: aristocratic, snobbish, snobby, superior, supercilious;
    arrogant, haughty, disdainful, condescending;
    pretentious, affected;
    informalsnooty, uppity, high and mighty, fancy-pants, la-di-da, stuck-up, hoity-toity, snotty
    "an elitist attitude"

    That is what I mean. Google has multiple definitions for it, and it is clear you don't like that.

    Or better yet try this one... because it is certainly more relevant, but with language far less suitable for the forums:
