BTW here is some thing to boggle your mind. Elite players are NOT necessarily elitist. Because many of them do have the patience to teach and help and accomodate. It is when they have the ability but refuse too, and have the audacity to come here and complain about the unwashed masses and scrubs, that they become elitists.

And to really screw with your limited thinking, there are many so called elitist who are not elite at all, they are just copycats of youtube videos, and they think they are all that.

I think she's one of those "don't confuse me with the facts, I have my own mind made up" type people. Meaning nothing we say will ever change her mind. Not even the great creator of Eorzea could change her mind.

The moment someone uses the word "scrub" in their normal speech in reference to another person, they fall into the same category of person (not just player) as these looked down upon elitists. It doesn't matter if they are obnoxiously loud or not. It takes a certain kind of person to think that word fits into a civil being.

The word "scrub" was not used directly in Foo01's post, she mentioned it as a word elitists love to use. And she is right, as elitists routinely use "scrub" as an insult. In their very jaded jargon, it means "lesser human being". :P
