And you don't see the "problem" here? Not a problem to someone like me, I just play with people I know are good. But you get the people on the other side complaining the good players set strict rules, won't teach, etc. It has to be a two way street, these people NEED to put in SOME work on their part if they want anyone else to constantly be helping. Many people have the "it's just a game" mentality and refuse to do so. As you said it's a team effort, that means ALL people have to be willing to go a little outside of their normal zone.
