It's more the needs of the three other people in your party. If the majority of the party wants to do a run a certain way, that's what the party should do. It's not your wants over one individual person. It's your wants over three other people. The wants of the majority of the party should always take priority.

I also understand that you were exaggerating with your first main paragraph. But just don't be upset when people vote kick you for AFKing to get a drink. While it's within your right to go get a drink or take a break to talk to FCmates, it's within their right to kick someone for being afk/not contributing. Works both ways.
