The number of bad players are rising!

Two days ago I ran into a drg that died so much her armor broke in CM. Yesterday I ran into a WHM that couldn't doge to save his life so he died over and over and our group kept wiping! These are just two examples, I could go on and on.

P.S. I don't know if they are doing it because they are board or if they really are that bad of a player. But what ever the reason its getting annoying.

So did you talk to these people? Maybe offer advice? Explain what it is that is killing them? Treat them like human beings?

No? Just stoney silence followed by a ragequit when you wipe?

I've run into a ton of people in DF who improve significantly when encounter mechanics are explained.

It depends if I ask questions and they answer I offer advice. When the white mage is telling me I thought I could take the hit because I take hits all the time. I rage quit!

I've had my fair share of after explaining something - they still were just terrible. While I agree somewhat, any CT run shows you that people really stopped caring. We've all done something so much, we are burned out on it and want to be lazy. Having to cap tomes, run CT for a drop, and do coil (same crap every week, can't really blame them).

Unfortunately, that means bad players aren't getting carried as easily anymore. So now we have people who don't know what they are doing mixed in with the ones that do know, but are being lazy.
