why new crafting tools, why not just upgrade our i55 tools?

Maybe retainers will be able to craft, maybe retainers will be able to use those item level 55 tools? That way you get a new tool, and your retainer gets a decent tool, and if you have luminary, then your other retainer maybe can get a good tool too?

you can put the i55 tools in your armoire.

Wait, so they're not coming out with all new crafting gear of a higher level? If they don't refresh gear for crafter's too it basically keeps the economy stale. At least if they make new crafting gear like i70 and 2 star items it requires all crafter's to reinvest and remeld. Some may be all decked out again after a day but majority won't. I guess that would help rich get richer as some may only afford to do it on one craft, but currently everyone just stays poor.

60% of all fish in the game since 2.0 are not used for anything. The other 40% barely used.

your definition of useless does not the same as everyone else. its an MMO: players have different personalities, and thus different opinions on certain aspects of the game.
