I think people arguing otherwise are being a little naive about the purpose of these incentives.

They aren't wholly a pat on the back for sticking with the game. They also form part of a pretty nifty marketing scheme to make people want to keep playing. This thread isn't in retaliation of that agenda (SE is, after all, a business). It is a request that SE stick with the original idea of Vet Rewards; that these should be significant, meaningful and something to look forward to.

Making something that is already available in the game free, 50 times, is neither significant or meaningful.
