News Flash!!! Luminaries have been there since day 1. This is a MMO every meaningful piece of gear you own right now will eventually become obsolete

Master Recipe Books Among the new recipes introduced with patch 2.2, a special set of recipes for each class may be learned only from master recipe books. Comprehensible only to level 50 crafters, the recipes held within will demand much and more of Eorzea's veteran artisans.

I can't believe there are 11 replies, and none of them really address this item. Does anyone 'know' what ilv these new recipes will be? It only says new recipes, not higher ilv recipes...

No one's talking about them, because the info you just quoted is all there is that is known about them right now. XD

People can guess and speculate, but that's pretty much it. It's too early to get excited OR disappointed.
