...umm.... no. In endgame this will most likely get you and your party killed. Besides, a good tank helps the healers by reducing damage taken as much as possible so the healers don't waste mp forcing the bards to go into ballad and lowering their dps thus reducing the dps output altogether making the battle longer and thus you taking more damage.
