Prior to 2.1, I remember there was a thread about Warrior that Prompt a response from Yoshi-P himself listing all the changes to warrior planned for 2.1 . The thread caught fire, Warrior went berserk and alot of Paladins had a knee jerk reaction.
Post 2.1, after testing we realized SE did a great job and all the overpowered talks of warrior have ceased.
With 2.2 10 Days Away, SE has been really quite about how they plan on tweaking the classes (If they plan on tweaking at all) (Maybe they have and I just dont know it). I hope they do. Skill tweaking is the closest thing were going to get to new skills until they raise the level cap and add new abilities, And although SE did a great job of balancing and improving QoL, there are a few things that can be tweaked. Below are changes I'd like to see come 2.2.
Paladin
Hallow Ground: Make it truely instant. Can't tell you how many times I pop Hallowed Ground only to still die before the effect takes place. If they can cut down the animation of overpower, they can do the same with HG.
Shield Swipe - I think this skill would alot more useful if it were off GCD. I'd gladly take a reduced potency to about 50 over the current version for 2 reason. 1: It has a short window of use and you can often miss it if you have alot going on. 2:Since its on the GCD, If it procs multiple times, you dont want to use it everytime unless you have huge lead in threat as it is a lost in threat.
Warrior
Holmgang: Holmgang tries to do to much. The animation looks cool, but the skill itself needs to be revamp.
Suggestion: Remove the self bind and you are unable to die during holmgang. Duration 10secs. Holmgang self bind is its Achilles' heel, especially since most bosses are immune to it.
Storm Path: The changes to Storm Path was much needed. But removing it from BRD to WAR was in a way a nerf. Sure BRD's Rain of Death was expensive as hell TP wise, but at least it was AoE and not gated by a combo. Garuda Extreme, and Turn 4 Double Dreadnought are times I miss the Old Rain of Death. Instant Mitigation vs 7.5sec+ Delayed Mitigation (Depending on how many mobs you wanna apply it to).
Suggestion: Make the Damage Reduction a Self Buff (Like Inner Beast) instead of a Target Debuff Or Move the Damage Reduction effect from Storm Path to Overpower or Fracture. If it were moved to Overpower it would be instant mitigation on all mobs, and if it was moved to Fracture it would be semi instant as you can rotate thru targets and apply it.

SCH
- Make Whispering Dawn a Better AoE Heal vs AoE Regen & Reduce the CD. SCH fairy should compensate for SCH weaker AoE Healing. WHM has 2 Powerful AoE Heals + A Single Target Regen all with 3sec CD or less. SCH has 1 Weaker (Front Load wise) AOE Heal, and 1 AoE Regen with a 60sec CD. Big Gap there IMO.
SMN
- Enkindle; More of a fix than a tweak. Don't know if this is just me but there are times I hit the ability and the ability cool down starts, but nothing happens.
-Blizzard; I actually like Blizzard > Thunder. I just wished they didnt nerf it before giving it to SMN. Would it be too much to ask for the old Blizzard (100 Potency vs 50). I might be reaching here.
Thats all the classes i can speak on, I havent played the othere class enough to comment on them yet. My BRD/DRG/BLM are hovering around 30.
