Square-Enix clearly needs to do something about the constant gold spammers. I'm tired of getting spam tells from bots every 5 minutes.

What we know of spammers:

1. Spammers spam random people whom they've never interacted with before.
2. Spammers put crappy gold selling website info into their
3. Spammers are constantly sending tells.

An easy way to stop the spammers would be to count the number of tells a user is sending vs the number of times they get blacklisted.

If a spammer is sending nothing but tells, and the users they send to blacklist them, a metric of the tells vs blacklists would show that account to be a spammer.

Once the spamming account is detected, it could automatically be suspended.
The system would send out a suspension email like the ones the system sends out for suspicious activity (like a change in IP address).

If the user sends a ticket to enable the account, an admin can look and see if the user has been spamming and re-enable the account.
