This has been happening since launch.

Open Support Desk, and it loads fine.

Open Support Desk a few more times, and it will be stuck in "Retrieving Information..."

Furthermore, I've been trying to report Cheating players and extremely odd behavior showcased by "players" (likely bots), however the window where I am supposed to input the information, like in for example Report Cheating, the window stays inactive, not letting me type anything at all.

I've tried tabbing from the window and back, but the problem remains.
I have also tried to restart the game, but not even that helps.
