there are prolly other groups out there that feel the same. the last couple weeks before a new coil patch people will most likely feel unmotivated to keep doing caps and coils those weeks because they will become farmable.

but then at least after those couple weeks you get whole new turns plenty of new gear (not always better but if you're into vanity maybe some that strikes your fancy) and can actually enjoy getting on and doing coil. (not saying you don't just alot of people dread their weekly caps ad coil)
