    I don't know about anyone else....but with the myth currently capped I have almost never actually hit the cap. I simply don't have that much time OR that much desire to grind out the same couple of dungeons over and over until I reach it.

    When the cap goes away, I'll probably be even less driven to get Myth since I now don't have an arbitrary number I'm supposed to get to each week.

    Cap is 450. If you do coil every week including t5 that is 200 myth right there. You have 250 left to go. If you do a high lvl roulette you get 40(potentially 50) + 50. That is 90 or 100 right there. You do that one a day three times a week. How is that time consuming?

    Either way, I am probably quitting soon so all this doesn't really affect me.

    Yea, I have to agree. I mean, sure I could get some myth tomes to gear another job up or something. But that isn't really that much fun. Gear in this game is kind of pointless. It's supposed to be something we are working for, some goal in this game. But is it really something that is worth it? Like do i really need some piece of gear that is 1% better so I can be a bit better for my 2 hour coil run each week? I think the priorities set up for us in this game could be improved upon.

    For instance, just having a few other things to do in a given week besides just grind tomestones would be good. Maybe there could be some other metric? Like if we aren't getting more bosses or raids very quickly, how about some weird achievements to go do or something? It's not like anyone can show off their achievement points. It's not going to allow people to flex epeens. Most lodestone profiles have the default setting, which is to block showing achievements. The only person that knows you beat them is you. Some say people should make their own goals but, what fun is that? If me and a friend want to do some goal, how do we know we are doing the same one if there is no measurement in game? Having something else to use this gear for that we are grinding for would be really nice. Thank you.

    DR:High level bonus @ 40 + (at min) WP @ 30 x 7 == 490. Cap is 450. Not hard for even how little I play. So yeah. This game needs more to do.

    He means they didn't show up because 2.2 is going to take the week timers off coil, so why run it at all right now when you can farm the runs you need specifically one at a time for the gear, which may not motivate people in their statics.
    But you would still need a static for turn 6-9. Only turn 1-5 get the week timer off.
