Thread: AF2 will not actually be in 2.2

If you look at this image especially at the warrior it seems to have armor similar to the af2 gear shown in the op's link. I have hopes that 2.2 will have af2 gear but if not that's fine if so then cool.

I'm sorry the two of you didn't identify the similarities I spotted between that new gear set and the Bard AF/Myth.

Let me repeat what I noted appeared similar:

Most notably being the cloth extensions with the metal/gold accessory at the end, shoes, waist having more cloth wrapped around with a fancy buckle and general asymmetry.

Here's a quick little visual aid if you still don't follow:



Note the style of the pants by the ankle. The shoes are similar/slippers as well. The extensions of cloth (or leather) behind the legs end with a similar (if not the same) gold ornament. The elaborate buckle on the waist may be a stretch, but both designs have a decidedly overly-decorated waist. I wasn't going to include the scarf/collar, but it caught my eye; I'm aware that the new gear set is probably attached to the head piece.

We know of:
Gerolt Gear (Relic gear??)
Coil 6-9 gear

AF2 gear:





People are assuming because the 'Relic gear' Bard outfit is far different from the labelled 'AF2' that they are not the same thing
Every single set of high end gear (Sets include Head to toe, so things like colosseum do not count) looks the same on both gender

AF2 might be the new New tome/capped weekly ... we shall have to wait and see.

How did u get your AF1+1 if not from tomes?

Yes we know there will be new tome gear, NO we dont know if it wont be redisigned AF2.

I really hope AF2 will have quests tied to it. Some mix of solo and team fights. Please for the love of the twelve SE don't make me dungeon farm for my AF2...
