Loot Options, Toggling of Need/Greed availability by Party Leader

Like many other MMOs, XIV is in need of changes to the loot options. A party leader needs to be able to disable the NEED option in instances of greed parties, and these changes need to be clearly listed somewhere on the party menu, and should only be able to be activated before entering a dungeon/instance (changes during would be quickly abused).

I'm sure many, like myself, have now experienced (six times over) joining a Greed party, with an established loot table, and established and agreed upon loot rules, for someone just to Need on an item and dash. It's reaching a point where it isn't just low or random drop rates preventing item progression, it's the community itself.

This would at least help to alleviate this issue.

Also, I would love to see a "Master Loot" option, where the party leader is given control of distributing the loot to party members. This would help static groups who run coil together all the time. This removes the requirement for people to figure out who's going to need/greed certain pieces, and allows things to be smoother.

Also adds the potential for drama when the leader runs away with your loot...Don't laugh! It happens more often that you think.

If it were added, it would have to be limited exclusively to fully pre-formed parties. (It really should be limited exclusively to static groups who all know each other, but the game can't determine which those are, so pre-formed parties is as close as it can come to that.) When DF puts a party together, the "leader" is just a random player who shouldn't have any more power than any other player.
