Except, you've never needed BiS to tank anything in this game anyway. Not even Twintania. I doubt Leviathan will be that much harder than Twintania, and *needing* BiS for Leviathan is just an example of bad accessibility. When patch 2.2 rolls out, there's definitely going to be a new BiS for the new set of gear.

As long as you are full i90, you can tank anything in the game. I've cleared Twintania missing 4 pieces of BiS gear. Maximize VIT and cap Accuracy where applicable, the rest is secondary.
