What is PLD BiS?

Hello!

I just recently became a PLD lv 50 and I'm just curious as to what is considered to be the PLD BiS. I've google searched this but it seems a lot of people have different ideas of what the actual BiS for PLD is.

I understand that accuracy needs to be around 480, but I'm curious as to what pieces of gear is best suited for this, ensuring your getting the best benefits from the other stats as well, such as Vitality and Parry; so that every skill point doesn't get wasted.

Also, am I correct to assume that the 30 bonus skill points should go into Vitality?

Any advice for end game gearing would be appreciated! Thanks!
