It is bad form to imply 'good' opinions as the majority and 'bad' opinions as the one rare person. A player poll would really help, but then again we haven't seen one of those in a while, and the results from the last few were ignored, so hmm.
I keep seeing "many other player's opinions" all over the place. I still haven't seen an accurate number (even if a ballpark figure) of players. I'm not sure it's as high as people seem to believe. If you go by this forum, you'd think that because there are a lot of "bad opinions" that the game is struggling to keep people interested. That's bad form, too. I happen to know plenty of people who I see logging in every day, finding something to do that interests them.

You'd have to run a player poll in game, as they logged in. Doing it on here, or on reddit, or on any other forum isn't a good way to get a fair picture of the situation.

But I happen to enjoy the game and it's direction. Every day I can plan out my goals, and within reasonable time, I can usually achieve it or at least have made some progress. But then, I don't care about maxing out my myth every week or making sure I've done all 5 turns on Monday. Of course, some days I may not log in at all. Not because I'm bored/nothing to do, but simply because I have other things to do in my life which occasionally includes an early night.
