Present me a quote from any thread demanding open world content where we demand we want 0.02% drop rates. Guess what -you can't, because no one ever said such thing. Refer to my comment on page 5 for what we want. Just diversity. If you like farming same dungeon and/or open world every day for months then fine, but there are people who do not.

I think my post (#51) explains horrific drop rates and the reason behind them. Also fixed your post. By asking for open world, you are in turn basically asking for horrific drop rates. Either that or nice long spawn times which is essentially a different style of lockout.
