Cultivation, Gardening & Housing 2.2

Hello forum regulars and Final Fantasy enthusiasts,

I apologise if this thread is in the incorrect sub-forum, but I feel it involves DoL, Housing, MB&R and Other Battle Systems.

Square Enix have released this video outlining various different features included in patch 2.2.

There are several questions and concerns I have regarding one specific aspect of this patch, and that is gardening.

In this video, it can be seen that the area designated for gardening is approximately 10x10Lalafells* large, with only one plot.

Do we know if housing size affects plot size?
Do we know if plots are shared by entire Free Companies or are there individual instances?
Will there be multiple plots?
Can players not in a free company access gardening?

It is my hope that this is exclusive to FC members who have already earned several million buying a house, and provide them a new method to charge extortionate prices for foodstuffs on the marketboard.

I apologise if there is already a successful thread discussing this matter.

Everything concerning housing is a BIG FAIL until PERSONAL housing exists, until then it's still only something a minority of players have access to because (a) many players don't want to be in a 'guild' with all the drama they have and (b) many FCs, maybe the majority, don't have a house in any case.

i think im sure only fc member can access plot or maybe there setting to allow non member can access to plot

But seriously, maybe there's a public area created around Bentbrench Meadows that gives 80% of the experience.
Free Company plots have increased yield or perception bonus?

hmmmmm with the way servers are, they need to add more servers just for personal housing.. really :X and now all plot land are filled up sigh xD
