This. The scourges will pick their own targets if the tank hasn't generated any emnity. A defensive coold down is just enough to get all three to pay attention to you after that first shield lob. Infuriate works for warriors on scourge duty.It does work. When you face pull, all the mobs have 0 enmity to any given person in your group. That's why sometimes they go after someone else. By using an ability, and making sure no one else does anything til you have them all, you generate a little bit more than 0, which is enough to take them all onto you. I've done it.

A lot of groups do T5 differently...I am in a successful FC that has been downing twin for a few months now. We made a very detailed strat and have a number of videos up as well. We have a detailed main guide and also exerpts written for different classes what they do in each phases. Please check it out, it's helped a number of groups down it so far!!

Our Solo Tank usually just face pulls/with lob and does circle of scorn then flash flash flash. (As someone else suggested) He never has any problems just make sure no one is casting anything prior to him reaching. lol
As the group melee I pre use defense buffs, run in with the tanks and pop the first scourge with something. This removes the trigger happy issue with errant pets when they were not staying in obey (and if they go awal they all come after me anyway 99% of the time)
I run in, aggro, rampart, main tank grabs Twin, the use a few flashes to get aggro on the 3. Like others said the ability used is what will give you the initial aggro.
I told my party this:
Don't turn on ANY buffs before they see a Flash go off. This includes, but is not limited to: Raging Strikes, Quelling Strikes, Divine Seal.
The way it works is when you run in, Twintania runs to you since you are the first person it sees. Not the dragons however - they can also target the nearest unit to them. For example, someone standing on the hill on the far left side might get targeted by the left-most dragon too.
When I've got all 3 of them on me, a single Flash should do it. Never really had a problem with the initial pull since.
