
I dislike this...because in order for some people to be able to use the one time password it cost them money. I do not own a smart phone or fancy phone, so I can't use the free option. So in order for me to be able to take advantage of something that a lot of people are able to do for free - I have to pay.
You do know buying a new Security Token is only like $15.. not bad IMO...
You can run the software token app on your PC using BlueStacks. No smartphone or $12 security token required.

You can skip Step 4 because you need a smartphone to make use of that feature.
