    My friends only see "Steam Wallet" as payment? or credit card

    Need help please.

    so for another friend to buy him time I purchased 20 dollar "Ultimategamecard" and then gave him the code, he activated on the square enix website to buy "crysta" (2000) and then he did the payment through crysta (1500) so he got 30 days.

    So I did the same thing for my 2 other friends, but this time on their account they only have "steam wallet" option, one of my friends time is completely ran out and the other one is 2 days left, can someone please help me?

    Did they buy the game through steam? If so Steam has rules about payment methods.
