Im not trying to interpretate for my benefit. But banning someone for in example, recording gameplay is ridiculous and it is a way of reading and collecting data from the game.
Rules are there for a reason but common sense is sometimes more important.
Anyhow I'm not developing till I know this is as safe as recording gameplay
