I'd rather they do their jobs properly which is to heal and dps, while I do mine which is to dodge/mitigate damage from slipstream/double wicked wheels
What the triangle method does is ensure that it's easier for the tanks to survive. Without having to tank both Garuda and Sup, the MT and OT already have a lot on their plates. Watching for spiny stacks, making sure he's in the the right position to ensure minimum stacks on sisters and be in range of heals etc. This method just gives them one less thing to worry about. Kudos to you if you're able to manage all of this while watching for sisters frictions to mitigate wicked wheel. A lot of tanks, frankly, just aren't that good.

By letting DPS tank chirada instead and spreading garuda and suparna out between MT and OT, we give the tank an extra chance of surviving. It helps that Chirada auto attacks for practically nothing even on a DPS. The only attacks to worry about when they tank her are downburst and slipstream. Downburst damage can be easily dealt with by 1) having DPS stack together and 2) having a WHM cure III them right after it's done. Really simple. Slipstream has a long ass cast bar which is also easily avoidable by dps that notices. With really good dps, Chirada goes down really really fast without the use of LB and we don't even have to worry about downburst at all.

And to address people calling this method slow, I usually clear Garuda Ex these days in DF within 10-12 mins max of starting the fight. My quickest clear was in under 7 mins with the use of LB3 on Garuda at the end of the first vortex phase.
