I can't see why she wouldn't be able to. My wife used my PS3 pre-order code to get her Cait Sith when the game was first released. I can't imagine why the PS4 would be any different.

I saw this thread and figured to just throw in my question here as it is somewhat related.
1. For anyone who has experienced cancelling orders from Square Enix Store, can you share your experience particularly on what type of "cancellation confirmation" you received and how long did it take for the entire process to complete? I cancelled my FFXIV CE (PS4) a few hours ago and all I got was a "Thank you for submitting your request." message that has the same font colour as the background. If I was not paying attention to detail, I would think I never got any messages.
2. Today is March 18, and the PS4 version release of FFXIV ARR is on April 14, this gives me plenty of time to cancel the order as I am sure this is not yet en route. Since I cancelled today, is this an "automatic" cancelled transaction?
3. I tried calling SE Support number: 1-858-790-7529. Waited for around 15 minutes - no answer. Is the queue that bad?

My husband preordered the game for the ps4 from gamestop, but there was no preorder code on his receipt. He went back to the store and was told that there was no preorder codes to be given. So how does this work? Where will we get the code so he can get his Cait Sith doll (cuz that's what he really wants out of it)?
