    lightning strikes can be considered an environmental effect (or hazard, if you want to get technical)...you abrasive nitpicker.

    I like how you are so much the opposite, that you just post without even neither the post I made or even OP's post, where it is clearly written: "DAMAGE".

    It is at least HEAVILY IMPLIED in the post that an animation effect (like the wet and cold breath) is not enough for OP's idea to be fulfilled. Thus, it's not a fair comparison.

    Or are you saying your char gets more Water Resistance while wet?
