Retainers New abilities!!

At 4:15 into the video it shows a bit about the retainers the first thing of notice is that it seems to have a set number of leves/ventures at the top.

Secondly, at the bottom is the ability to check your retainers gear and abilities.

Third is the option to reset your retainers level .... the retainers class and level ... pugilist lvl 50.

When the retainer is assigned a venture there are three options, hunting, field exploration and quick exploration.

I am wondering is it possible that you have to level your retainers upto a specific level to do hunting logs as when he is sent out to hunt the apkula eggs it shows various level ranges and also shows an experience gained top right corner.

Whats everyones ideas on this and are you looking forward to an auto farmer, hunter, gatherer??
