i doubt we will ever truly know. all of the Cut-scenes i have seen from 1.0 that have him/her are unvoiced.

Thread has been updated as of 8:17 EST 4/2/2014. I have NOT included any of Blue Garter's kills as they have not submitted here on this thread and this is by no means something guilds MUST take part in. If a representative does decide to submit the spreadsheet will auto update and ranks done accordingly. This is simply a tool to help track progression for those who WANT to use it. I WILL NOT be showing any T6 (T1 second coil) past world rank 50 to keep the clutter off the sheet. You are still welcome to submit them as they will be there to track as your guild/LS kills T7-9.
